Job summary

Adaptive Teams is seeking a hands-on Klaviyo expert to own email and SMS marketing for an ecommerce consumer products business. You’ll build campaigns, automate journeys, segment audiences, and use data to drive repeat purchases and revenue.

Based in the Philippines with full remote work, you’ll collaborate with creative and ecommerce teams to optimize messaging, offers, and campaign assets while running rigorous A/B tests to improve deliverability and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Klaviyo experience for ecommerce campaigns.
• Ability to build customer journeys and automated flows.
• Strong analytics to optimize revenue and retention.

Responsibilities

• Own email and SMS marketing strategy in Klaviyo.
• Build, schedule, test, and optimize campaigns.
• Create and improve automated flows (welcome, cart, post-purchase, retention).
• Segment audiences based on behavior and history.
• Manage campaign calendars around promotions and launches.
• Partner with creative/e-commerce teams on messaging and assets.
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, timing, and audiences.
• Monitor deliverability and list health.
• Track revenue, conversions, engagement, and retention.
