This hands-on role involves building, testing, analysing, and optimising Klaviyo campaigns and flows, managing segmentation, and collaborating with creative and product teams to drive engagement, conversions, and retention.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on CRM, email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or related roles.
• Strong Klaviyo experience required.
• Experience with email flows and automations.
• Experience with A/B testing and performance analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage CRM activity across email and SMS, including segmentation and journey mapping.
• Own the CRM/email marketing calendar and coordinate campaigns around promotions and key moments.
• Build, manage, and optimise Klaviyo campaigns, flows, and journeys.
• Create lifecycle campaigns across acquisition, conversion, retention, and re-engagement.
• Monitor performance and optimise campaigns based on data.
