Job summary

Reeracoen Recruitment is seeking a results-driven Sales and Business Development professional to drive revenue, expand the customer base, and maintain key accounts in the region.

You will analyze market trends, prepare costing, manage credit and collections, and mentor junior staff while ensuring timely customer service and operational efficiency.

JOB PURPOSES

Achieving sales targets, maintaining core business, developing new customers and markets and achieving no bad debts is the basic function of this job.

Sales and Business Development

• To generate sales for a portfolio of accounts to achieve overall annual sales targets for the division.
• To develop new business from core customers / existing customers as well as new customers.
• To be able to simulate and prepare a costing sheet of each products handling to ensure able to achieve Gross Profit.
• To analyze Market trend and competitors' movement, provide new business idea periodically.
• To be able to attend customer inquiries and claim independently.
• To be able to guide junior staff to carry out daily sales activities.

Customer and Supplier Relationship Management

• To manage and maintain good relationships with existing customers and suppliers.
• To provide good hospitality to supplier/customer from overseas when they visit Malaysia.

Operational Efficiency

• To demonstrate consistency in job performance and time management.
• To ensure uninterrupted operations in the absence of personnel.
• To manage customer’s credit limit, accounts payable and ensure on-time collection.
• To monitor and manage customers’ forecast & inventories to ensure the customer demand can be met to minimize the warehouse rental cost and prevent occurrence of over stock.
• Resolve customer issues in timely and accurate manner.

Self Management

• Be punctual in all events.
• Consistent in showing up in daily activities.
• Self-motivated - Always stay on track without external pressure or reminder.
• Submission of monthly sales reports, aging reports, and other documentation required on time.
