Job summary

GoPrime Technology Corp. is seeking an Associate Sales Executive to join our in-person team in Imus, Cavite. You will build relationships, guide clients in introducing products and services, and drive lead generation while promoting the brand.

You will lead and motivate the sales team to reach collective targets, balance customer service with upselling, and ensure smooth store operations.

Qualifications

Associate Sales Executive

This position shall focus on building relationships and guiding clients in introducing products and services of the company. Increasing the potential sales and generating leads while promoting the company. Beyond individual sales targets, you will take on a leadership role—motivating, guiding, and expanding the capabilities of our sales team to drive collective success and elevate the company's brand presence.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greets and assist customers
• Informs customers about products, promotions and store policies
• Transact sales with POS System or cash registers
• Handles customer inquiries, concerns and feedback professionally
• Maintain proper standard of products displays and ensure stocks are organized
• Support in inventory management, replenishment of stocks and receiving of shipments
• Promote special offers, programs and upsell products
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Coordinate with team members on sales targets, excellent customer service and smooth store operations

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any related course
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
