Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Food Server, Waitress or in a similar customer-facing hospitality role.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and seat them per restaurant policies.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay to kitchen/bar.
• Deliver orders promptly and ensure correct presentation.
• Recommend menu items and beverages based on guest preferences.
• Attend to guests throughout their dining experience.
• Process payments using POS and handle cash/card securely.
• Clear and reset tables to maintain cleanliness.
• Communicate with kitchen/bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Resolve guest complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
