Job summary

MLSK is seeking a Kitchen Staff member in Quezon City, Philippines to support daily food preparation, plating, and cleanliness in a fast-paced cafe/kitchen setting.

You will follow recipes, monitor stock, and collaborate with the counter team to ensure accurate and timely service. The role requires dependable, detail-oriented individuals willing to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing food in a café, restaurant, or similar kitchen.
• Knowledge of basic cooking, prep, and kitchen organization.
• Understanding of basic food safety and proper storage.
• Ability to follow recipes and manage several orders under pressure.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience preparing drinks is a plus.

2. Knowledgeable in basic cooking, food prep, and kitchen organization
3. Understands basic food safety and proper food storage
4. Can follow recipes, manage several orders, and work neatly under pressure
5. Is dependable and willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
6. Has experience preparing drinks is an advantage
