Anytime Cleaners is seeking a driven Kitchen Manager to lead a team across our Manila-area kitchens, ensuring high efficiency, quality and safety standards. You will mentor staff, supervise inventory and production workflows, and uphold SOPs daily.

The role requires 4+ years in kitchen management, strong English and Tagalog communication, and the ability to coordinate across branches within Metro Manila. This is a full-time on-site position in Manila.

Qualifications

4+ years of proven experience managing a kitchen or restaurant and coaching people.
Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of ingredients, equipment, and cooking procedures; best practices for a commercial kitchen.

Responsabilités

Lead a team including kitchen managers, assistant managers, line cooks and dispatchers to maintain high efficiency and productivity.
Ensure food quality, safety, recipe adherence, and SOP compliance across outlets.
Oversee store environment maintenance, cleanliness and equipment.
Mentor and motivate team members, promoting from within wherever possible.
Improve processes such as inventory, stock management, shift scheduling, production workflows, and cash handling.
Prepare reports on inventory, sales, spoilage and related metrics.
