Job summary

• Senior leadership experience in operations or project management.
• Experience managing multiple teams and concurrent projects.

• Ability to operate in fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage entire company operation functions.
• Ensure projects are properly planned, coordinated, executed, and delivered on schedule.
• Improve production planning, manpower allocation, scheduling, and operational capacity.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks before they affect project delivery.
• Establish and monitor department KPIs, timelines, and accountability.
• Develop and continuously improve SOPs, workflows, reporting systems, and operating controls.
• Coordinate closely with departments.
• Manage department heads and build a high-performing operations organization.
• Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and operational standards.
• Provide management with clear visibility on project status, production capacity, risks, and operational performance.
