Job summary

Manila Kitchens in the Philippines designs and builds professional kitchens for chefs and restaurants. We seek a skilled technician to assemble, install, test, and troubleshoot commercial kitchen equipment, including stoves and ovens, and to perform related electrical, mechanical, and gas works.

You will read technical drawings, conduct inspections, and ensure safety and quality standards. The role includes preventive maintenance and repairs as assigned, contributing to reliable kitchen systems

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, test, and troubleshoot commercial kitchen equipment, particularly stoves, ovens, and related components.
• Perform electrical, mechanical, gas, and other technical works related to kitchen equipment.
• Diagnose equipment faults, identify root causes, and perform appropriate repairs and corrective actions.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, equipment manuals, and specifications.
• Conduct testing, inspection, and quality checks to ensure equipment meets required standards and specifications.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repair of equipment and tools as required.
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and quality standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate superior or Management.
