Job summary

Manila Kitchens seeks a field service technician to assemble, install, test, and troubleshoot commercial kitchen equipment, including stoves and ovens. You will perform electrical, mechanical, gas and other technical work, diagnose faults, read diagrams, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, repairs, and following PPE guidelines while delivering end-to-end service to professional kitchens.

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial kitchen equipment is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Strong problem-solving and manual-dexterity skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, test, and troubleshoot commercial kitchen equipment, especially stoves, ovens, and related components.
• Perform electrical, mechanical, gas, and other technical works related to kitchen equipment.
• Diagnose equipment faults, identify root causes, and perform repairs.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
• Conduct testing, inspection, and quality checks to meet standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repair of equipment and tools as required.
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and quality standards.
