- A kitchen crew member plays a vital role in supporting the kitchen operations, ensuring the preparation and serving of food are done efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. Kitchen crew responsibilities can vary depending on the size and type of establishment, but generally, they involve assisting in food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and supporting chefs or kitchen managers in daily operations.
- Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of ingredients, such as washing, chopping, and cutting vegetables, meats, or other ingredients.
- Cooking Assistance: Help with cooking tasks under the supervision of chefs or cooks, including grilling, frying, or baking.
- Cleaning and Sanitizing: Keep kitchen equipment, utensils, surfaces, and floors clean and sanitized. This includes washing dishes, pots, and pans.

- Skills:

- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and perform physical tasks, such as cleaning or carrying supplies.
