Job summary

SLF Management Resources, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused team member for a food service kiosk. You will assist customers, handle product presentation, and ensure clean, safe food service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM) and a senior high school diploma or higher. Strong communication and a positive attitude are essential to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• Preferably with experience in food service, food retail, or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations.
• At least Senior High School Graduate.
• Sales-oriented and customer-focused.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional and courteous; able to interact well with customers.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Work schedule: Saturday and Sunday from 1:00PM to 10:00PM.

Responsibilities

• Assist local and international customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper food presentation in the kiosk/store area.
• Ensure proper handling and serving of food products.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate replenishment when needed.
• Process customer orders and payments accurately.
• Help achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
