Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR business partners to identify and implement process improvements.

• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data in HR systems and databases.

• Participate in talent acquisition efforts including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.

• Support employee engagement and retention strategies through data analysis and surveys.

• Contribute to HR projects such as policy development, benchmarking, and audits.

• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with data privacy and employment laws.
