Key Responsibilities

• Collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics to support strategic decision-making.

• Assist in developing reports related to recruitment, turnover, diversity, compensation, and employee performance.

• Support HR functions such as onboarding, performance evaluations, and policy development.

• Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure data integrity in HRIS (Human Resource Information System).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes.

• Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement by conducting surveys and compiling results.

• Stay updated on HR trends and best practices and provide recommendations for improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
