The Key Accounts Supervisor is responsible for driving institutional growth through the end-to-end solicitation and management of Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) business loans. This role balances strategic sales execution with relationship management, overseeing non-organic sales distribution channels and maintaining vital partnerships with business loan providers.
Additionally, the role provides operational leadership, guiding a team of key accounts associates and third-party agency partners to consistently hit volume targets, enforce strict risk compliance, and deliver excellent client service.
Customer Service
- Customer service to clients/ borrowers;
Sales and Marketing
- Execute the end-to-end sales cycle for business loans, from initial lead identification and pitching to structuring, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Loan solicitations of SME clients
- Management of non-organic sales distribution channels
- Coordination with business loan provider
- Partner with the Marketing department to develop engaging social media content and targeted promotional campaigns that drive product awareness.
- Engage in lead generation initiatives, driving pipeline growth through both digital campaigns and on-ground experiential activations.
Loans Processing
- Facilitate the end-to-end loan documentation process, ensuring all files are accurately completed, properly endorsed, and efficiently routed for final approval and processing.
- Enforce strict compliance and audit standards, including rigorous Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures, to mitigate institutional risk.
Sales Management and Reporting
- Track sales the sales pipeline and conversion
- Monitor and evaluate the sales performance of various distribution channels to ensure volume targets and service standards are met.
- Conduct regular business reviews and implement action plans for business growth and expansion.
- Report the sales status and forecast on a weekly, monthly basis.
Team Leadership and Development
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the key accounts associates and agency partners.
- Provide coaching and guidance on business loans requirements and processing.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B account management, customer success, or corporate sales.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Personality: Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Leadership: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory, team lead, or senior mentoring role.
