Job summary

Zuellig Pharma in Sun Valley, Philippines is seeking a seasoned Key Accounts Manager to lead relationships with eCommerce sub-distributors within the GMA territory. You will drive revenue growth and ensure timely order fulfillment across Shopee and Lazada platforms.

This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and AR oversight, collaborating with internal teams to optimize accounts and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in key account management, distribution, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or healthcare.
• Experience managing customer accounts and driving sales growth through strategic partnerships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with E-Commerce sub-distributors across the GMA territory, including Shopee and Lazada.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned key accounts, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Process and coordinate orders from partner sub-distributors for timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Develop and implement account plans to drive revenue growth, customer retention, and partnerships.
• Monitor sales performance and AR metrics to ensure business objectives are met.
• Collaborate with Order Processing, Customer Service, AR, Credit, and Operations teams to support requirements.
• Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and customer needs.
• Prepare and present business reviews and performance reports.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and implement strategies to strengthen relationships.
