Job summary

Zuellig Pharma seeks a Key Account Manager to grow e-commerce sub-distributor relationships across the GMA region, driving sales, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and managing AR performance. You will coordinate with internal teams to meet customer requirements and revenue goals.

The role requires strong account management, strategic planning, and excellent negotiation and communication skills. A healthcare/distribution background is preferred, with focus on long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in key account management, distribution, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with E-Commerce sub-distributors in the GMA territory.
• Coordinate orders from partner sub-distributors for timely, accurate e-commerce fulfillment.
• Develop and implement account plans to drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships.
• Monitor sales performance and AR metrics to ensure targets are met.
• Collaborate with Order Processing, Customer Service, AR, Credit, and Operations teams to support customers.
• Prepare business reviews and account performance reports highlighting risks and opportunities.
