Home Credit Philippines is seeking a results-driven professional to manage key account relationships and drive sales across CD segments. You will develop long-term strategies, coordinate with marketing and PR, and push promotions with top retailers to grow market share.

The role emphasizes relationship building, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver revenue growth in a dynamic retail-financing environment.

Qualifications

• Organizational skills and ability to handle daily tasks independently.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Experience with monthly/quarterly/yearly business reviews.
• Solid business acumen in Retail, Financing, and Sales operations.
• Data modelling and strong business analysis ability.
• 3+ years in Account Management or territory sales are advantageous.
• Good understanding of the retail market and competition.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen CD Key Account (KAC) partner relationships to maximize sales opportunities.
• Build productive relationships with key personnel in assigned KAC partners.
• Lead onboarding of new clients and contribute to new business pitches.
• Define strategies to increase productivity in the CD business.
• Set up short- and long-term CD segment strategies and partner motivation schemes.
• Monitor dealer sales performance and propose actions to hit product/category targets.
• Collaborate with Mobile/Electronics manufacturers and Marketing for joint promotions.
• Launch 0% pricing campaigns for mobile accessories or branded products.
• Negotiate offers and manage marketing campaigns, including promo calendars.
• Create and manage retailer campaigns to increase repeat and high-quality customers.
• Coordinate with PR for KA programs and HC partnerships.
