Job summary

MPTII is seeking a results-driven Key Account Officer to strengthen its Gen-trade presence across Mindanao. The role focuses on account management, negotiation with buyers, and driving overall sales performance for major retail channels.

You will coordinate with logistics, merchandising, and marketing to ensure timely stock and promotional execution. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in Key Accounts or FMCG, strong Excel and data-analysis skills, and excellent communication and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Key Accounts, Modern Trade, FMCG, or Retail.
• Strong background in sales, negotiation, and account management.
• Experience handling major retail accounts (e.g., SM) is an advantage.
• Proficient in Excel, reporting, and data analysis.
• Results-oriented with strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales negotiations and promotional planning with buyers or merchandising teams of assigned modern trade accounts.
• Secure and implement trade agreements, marketing activities, and sell-in deals.
• Drive and manage the overall sales performance of assigned accounts.
• Monitor sales targets, forecast demand, and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure order fulfillment and timely execution.
• Manage, train, and support Sales Associates / Sales Coordinators assigned to store locations.
• Monitor and enforce planogram implementation, merchandising compliance, and promotional execution in-store.
• Conduct regular store visits and market checks to ensure visibility and competitiveness.
