Sales and Promotion
- Promote and detail company products to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct product presentations and scientific discussions to increase awareness and preference for the company’s portfolio.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Execute marketing and promotional activities in assigned territories.
Account Management
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key accounts such as hospitals, clinics, and institutional buyers.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, tenders, and pricing agreements with key customers.
- Monitor product inventory levels and ensure timely product delivery to key accounts.
Market Intelligence
- Gather and analyze market data, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Provide insights to management to help shape sales and marketing strategies.
- Identify new opportunities for product placement and expansion.
Administrative and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer interactions, and account activities.
- Submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance analyses.
- Participate in sales meetings, trainings, and product knowledge sessions.
Compliance and Ethics
- Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical marketing practices.
- Ensure all promotional activities comply with relevant pharmaceutical laws and guidelines.
Qualifications
1. A resident of the said area.
2. A graduate of any Medical course or Business course.
3. Worked as a Medical Representative for at least 6 months to one year.
4. Can work with minimum supervision.
5. Honest, Trustworthy.
6. With good communication skills.
6. Can drive and with a valid driver’s license (not a mandatory requirement but an advantage).
