Job summary

Bobbitech Enterprises in the Philippines is seeking a driven Account Manager to coordinate brand initiatives and drive channel growth. You will negotiate shelf space, manage partner accounts end-to-end, and monitor sell-in and sell-out movements.

The role requires strong Excel skills, good negotiation, and the ability to work with multiple departments to push campaigns and resolve aftersales issues.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in operator business/store management in Telco industry.
• Proficient in Excel or quick to learn.
• Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Able to coordinate with multiple departments and work under pressure.
• KPI-driven and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Negotiates Brand models to be ranged in all channel points.
• Manage Account Partners end-to-end business and drive MoM sales growth.
• Monitor sales movement (Sell-in, Sell-out, Inventory & DOS).
• Coordinate and align internally with all departments.
• Cascade, execute and monitor programs to push sales.
• Monitor claims, programs and payouts, aftersales.
• Negotiate space visibility or ex-deal marketing campaigns.
