Job summary

Quickstart Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to strengthen relationships with Mercury Drugs stores and other key clients.

You will manage multiple accounts, tailor client-focused solutions, and drive growth through effective negotiation and presentation. Onsite role in Metro Manila requires a BA/BS in Business Administration or related field, with proven sales and account management experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
• Proven work experience as a Key Account Manager or relevant sales role and with experience handling Mercury Drugs stores.
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Forecast and track key account metrics.
• Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
• Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.

Base Salary: PHP 35,000.00 - 38,000.00
