Job summary

Pioneer Specialty Building Systems, Inc. is seeking an Account Specialist to market, sell, and support a defined customer type. You will identify sales opportunities, develop and execute account plans, and ensure Pioneer products meet merchandising and availability standards.

You will hit targets for assigned accounts, grow the business and categories, and provide account insights. Regular reports, AR collection and coordination with finance are part of the duties, with in-person work location.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or sales supportive roles preferred.
• Ability to hit targets and grow assigned accounts.
• Strong merchandising and data recording skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver set objectives for the assigned Account/s.
• Grow the total business and categories.
• Grow key accounts through programs and regular engagement.
• Provide insights and analysis on Accounts.
• Maintain inventory on Accounts.
• Maintain an effective distribution with appropriate ANP spend.
• Achieve set distribution metrics and on-shelf availability.
• Ensure visibility of Pioneer products across branches.
• Execute national and local merchandising initiatives.
• Document promotions and ensure proper reporting.
• Submit regular business reports and conduct reviews with key accounts.
• Coordinate AR collection and sales forecasting.
