Career Connect is seeking an experienced Kantata Business Analyst to join our in-house team in the Philippines. You will handle requirements gathering, sign-off, test scripts, training, and post-deployment support for Salesforce-related initiatives.

You will collaborate with technical teams to ensure delivery aligns with development, change, and release processes, while proactively identifying opportunities for system improvements across regions.

Formación

• 3+ years BA experience.
• 2+ years Kantata Business Analyst (or similar) experience.
• Demonstrable experience of covering the complete project life-cycle, in a structured environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word tools including Word, Excel and Visio.
• Worked within a Scrum framework - Agile methodology.
• Previous project experience with interfaces between multiple systems.
• Experience working with both on premise and SaaS solutions.
• Knowledge around CICD deployments and Jira.
• Experience working across multi-state locations and time zones.
• Experience in the technology sector is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate to backlog.
• Map end-to-end business processes (as is and to be).
• Consider regional requirements and global org impact.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting projects and escalate when needed.
• Transition projects from implementation to business as usual.
• Organise and manage UAT and write test cases.
• Validate functional and non-functional requirements and define acceptance criteria.
• Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders to align goals and timelines.
