Job summary

HRTX in the Philippines is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering sessions, translate stakeholders’ needs into clear user stories, and maintain an effective backlog. You will map end-to-end processes and consider regional impacts within a global organization.

You will support sign-off, oversee UAT test sessions, ensure acceptance criteria, and work in a Scrum environment with both on-premise and SaaS integrations, collaborating closely with business teams and IT.

Qualifications

• 3+ years BA experience.
• 1+ years Salesforce BA (or similar) experience.
• Experience across complete project life-cycle in a structured environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word including Word, Excel and Visio.
• Experience working within a Scrum/Agile framework.
• Experience with interfaces between multiple systems.
• Experience with both on-premise and SaaS solutions.
• Knowledge of CICD deployments and Jira.
• Experience across multi-state locations and time zones.
• Experience in the technology sector, preferably in professional services.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate requirements into backlog items (use cases and user stories).
• Map end-to-end as-is and to-be business processes.
• Consider regional requirements and impact on global org structure.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting projects and escalate when needed.
• Transition projects to business as usual with change management.
• Organize and manage UAT test sessions and write test cases.
• Validate functional and non-functional requirements and define acceptance criteria ahead of sprint planning.
