Job summary

RemoteFetch in the Philippines seeks a Senior Salesforce Consultant who also serves as a business analyst to support Salesforce services and onboarding. You will translate requirements into delivery tasks and support manual QA and UAT where needed, ensuring strong CRM processes and data quality.

You will work closely with customers to understand processes, capture needs, and document clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

Qualifications

• Strong Salesforce background and CRM expertise.
• Strong business analysis capability with formal methods.
• Experience working directly with customers and translating needs.
• Ability to run discovery sessions and ask process questions.
• Document requirements clearly and commercially for devs/QA.
• Deep understanding of sales, service, onboarding, and CRM processes.
• Ability to perform structured manual QA testing.
• Strong data quality awareness and validation.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable working in an AI-first delivery environment.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Support Salesforce consulting and managed services work.
• Understand customer processes, pain points, requirements and outcomes.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, maps and notes.
• Onboard customers to CRM and BI platforms.
• Assist with data migration validation and configuration checks.
• Help with customer onboarding activities.
• Perform manual QA testing during transition periods.
• Support UAT preparation and execution.
• Document customer requirements for developers and AI agents.
• Assist with release notes and customer-facing docs and training materials.
• Maintain Salesforce and CRM process discipline.
