Job summary

Tavor Perry in the Philippines is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Assistant to own the brand's online presence. You will manage funnels, automations, schedule content across social platforms, and optimize campaigns.

A technically comfortable candidate who blends creative and analytical skills can design branded graphics in Canva, engage communities on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube, and report on performance to inform strategy.

Qualifications

• Must have proven Kajabi experience (funnels, landing pages, forms, automations).
• Strong working knowledge of Meta Business Suite (scheduling, ads, targeting, analytics).
• Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Threads and LinkedIn.
• Proficiency in Canva or equivalent design tool.
• Experience handling DMs and audience engagement professionally.
• Methodical in work, quick to follow through, capable of running own day.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage Kajabi funnels, landing pages, forms, and automations.
• Test and quality-check automations and funnels before they go live.
• Schedule and publish content using Meta Business Suite.
• Manage ad campaigns, including targeting, optimization, and analytics reporting.
• Handle posting, community engagement, and DM management on Instagram and Facebook.
• Manage content and engagement on Pinterest, YouTube, and Threads.
• Monitor LinkedIn page and repurpose brand content for a professional audience.
• Design branded graphics, story templates, and reel covers in Canva or a similar tool.
• Track campaign and content performance and share regular reports.
