TSUKIDEN ELECTRIC INDUSTRIES PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a Process/Production Engineer in Laguna to participate in developing and implementing process requirements and SOPs.

The role focuses on analyzing and improving production methods for quality and productivity, with first-level data analysis support to Production, QA and Planning. The candidate will conduct meetings, verify Product Realization planning, prepare inspection criteria, and document processes.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (required).
• 3+ years as a Process/Production Engineer.
• Knowledgeable in process improvement.
• Proficient in root cause analysis and problem-solving.
• Knowledgeable in PFMEA and quality control tools.

Responsibilities

• Participate in development and implementation of process requirements and SOPs.
• Analyze and improve production methods for quality and productivity.
• Provide data with first-level analysis to Production/QA/Planning for improvement.
• Conduct and facilitate meetings.
• Verifies planning for Product Realization and its implementation.
• Prepare inspection items and criteria.
• Process documentation and standardization.
• Represent the company in customer process audits.
• Conduct troubleshooting of products.
