Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering and Industrial Engineering required.
- Licensed Engineer is an advantage.
- Experience as Production Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer preferred.
- Experience in Semiconductor Industry preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Amenable to rendering overtime on regular days, rest days, and holidays when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Production Engineering & Continuous Improvement: Analyze production systems and implement Kaizen initiatives from input to output processes.
- Monitor manufacturing performance and identify opportunities for process optimization and productivity improvement.
