Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc is hiring a Junior to Mid-Level Business Analyst to gather requirements, map processes, and author functional documentation for enterprise projects. Hybrid setup with 1 on-site day per week in BGC, Taguig, open to applicants with 1–2 years of experience.

You’ll bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, coordinate UAT and testing, track defects, and ensure alignment with business goals and quality standards.

• POSITION: Junior to Mid-Level Business Analyst

• WORK SETUP: Hybrid (1 day on-site per week in BGC, Taguig)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from project stakeholders

• Author detailed specification documents, use cases, process workflows, and user stories

• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), track system defects, and assist with release validations

• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical development/QA teams

• Monitor project requirements to ensure alignment with business goals and quality standards

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field

• At least 1 to 2 years experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or related role

• Familiarity with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart) and Agile/Scrum concepts

• Strong analytical, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills

• Experience with ticketing and project tools like Jira/Confluence is a plus
