This role is ideal for early-career recruiters looking to build expertise in technical hiring and talent sourcing, with responsibilities spanning candidate screening, interview coordination, and ATS record maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, IT, CS or related field is an advantage.
• At least 6 months of experience.
• Basic understanding of technical roles and IT terminology.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates for technical roles via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Support posting jobs, talent pooling, and pipeline management.
• Communicate with candidates on status, schedules, and next steps.
• Assist in preparing recruitment reports and trackers.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and data privacy.
• Provide administrative support to senior recruiters and TA team.
