Job summary

Responsibilities

• Promote company's products to contractors, dealers and architects to hit sales targets.
• Coordinate quotations, product submissions and demonstrations; liaise on pricing and inventory for quotations.
• Organise marketing activities and product demonstrations for architects, designers, developers and contractors.
• Coordinate material deliveries and liaise with principals and store supervisor.
• Raise purchase requisitions and generate sales orders from SAP.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and handle customer enquiries.

Our Client, a Singapore-based supplier and distributor of building and construction-related products, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Sales Executive to promote building and construction products to contractors, specialist contractors, building material dealers, architects, designers and developers.

The role includes conducting customer and construction site visits, preparing quotations and product submissions, coordinating product demonstrations and deliveries, following up on payments and handling customer enquiries.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote company's products and services to building contractors, specialist contractors and building materials dealers to achieve sales and profit targets

• Liaise with respective managers to gather product information, product pricing and inventory levels for the preparation of quotations

• Assist in organizing marketing activities and product demonstrations to architects, designers, developers, and contractors

• Liaise with principals and Store Supervisor on the delivery of materials to customers

• Raise purchase requisitions and generate sales order from SAP system

• Ensure timely collection of payment from customers

• Prepare product literature, samples and technical data for submission to customers

• Provide guidance to new Product Representatives

• Attend to customers' complaints, requests and feedback

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum ITE and above

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience within building construction / architectural / technical products

• 50% Hunter & 50% Farmer

• Knowledge and experience in building and construction materials

• Location: Toa Payoh

• Working Days/Hours: 5 days/Office hours, 8.30am - 5.45pm

• Salary: $3,000 Basic + Commission (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
