Job summary

Future Glow Philippines is hiring for a Retail Operations Manager. The role focuses on implementing efficient retail processes, overseeing third-party providers, and validating on-site data to secure accurate trade reporting and competitive insights.

The job requires a degree in business/economics, 1–2 years in modern trade/FMCG, strong data analysis, and Excel proficiency. Expect fieldwork and a hybrid work setup in Metro Manila regions.

Qualifications

• Candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• With 1-2 years of experience in modern trade or key accounts management, preferably in FMCG.
• Possesses data analysis and communication skills.
• Comfortable with regular fieldwork.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain efficient operations processes to enhance productivity.
• Monitor and guide third-party service providers for accurate and timely reporting.
• Conduct on-site data validation and regular trade checks to monitor competitors and execution.
• Drive KPI execution to spur business growth identified by the Retail Operations Lead.
• Focus KPI execution and fieldwork in top doors.
• Share knowledge with external service providers on daily operations and best practices.
• Conduct regular PDCA with sales teams and providers for issue spotting and resolution.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly and weekly reports with data validation on site.

What will you do?

1.Retail Operations Management:

• Implement andmaintainefficient and effective operations process to enhance productivity.
• Monitor and guide third-party service providers to ensureaccurateandtimelyreporting.
• Conduct on-site data validation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of gathered information, while performing regular trade checks tomonitorcompetitor activities, pricing, promotions, and in-store execution,identifyingopportunities for improvement and business growth.

2.KPI Execution:Ensures excellent performance of KPIsidentifiedby the Retail Operations Lead that will spur business growth.

3.Growing Top Doors:FocusKPI execution andfieldworksin top doors.

4.Capability Building:impart knowledge to external service providers on daily routine, basic call procedures, and other efficient and effective daily operations practices.

5.Regular PDCA:Conduct regular PDCA with sales teams and external service providers for immediateissuespotting and resolution.

6.Reports Management:Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly and weekly reports; guide third party service providers in data gathering and conduct data validation on site.

Who are we looking for?
