Job summary

Future Glow Philippines is seeking an Operations Lead to oversee daily supply chain activities, optimize logistics, warehousing, and inventory movements. You will guide the operations team, delegate tasks, and ensure timely issue resolution to meet performance targets.

The role requires 2–4 years in business and supply chain operations, proficiency in Excel, familiarity with SAP, and a results-driven, agile mindset. A hybrid work arrangement is offered to balance collaboration with flexibility.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in business, inventory, and supply chain operations.
• Detail-oriented, a leader, a team player and highly-organized.
• Experience in project management, risk management, process improvement, quality management, and data analytics.
• Must be proficient in Excel.
• Agile and quick to resolve problems.
• Experience using SAP or similar software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the operations team to ensure day-to-day supply chain operations such as logistics, warehousing, inventory movements, sourcing run smoothly.
• Guides, manages, and inspires the operations team to reach organizational goals; delegates workload and conducts regular check-ups on direct reports.
• Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
• Regularly reviews existing processes, documents gaps, problems, and inefficiencies, and suggests improvements.
• Builds and maintains good working relationships with local suppliers including warehousing, trucking, product sourcing, and fulfillment partners.

What will you do?
