Job summary

Future Glow Philippines is seeking an Inventory Auditor to join the Operations division. The role focuses on monitoring stock movements, aging, gaps, and returns while ensuring accurate reporting and collaboration with finance and supply chain teams.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related fields, with 1–2 years experience, and proficiency in MS Excel. On-site work is required in Tomas Morato, Quezon City, Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Monitors inventory movements and flags abnormal levels.
• Audits inventory movements reported by internal and third party warehouses.
• Prepares inventory reports documenting counts, discrepancies, and statistics.
• Manages expiry dates and aging to prevent losses.
• Coordinates with finance and supply chain on returns and disposal.

We are looking for a passionate Inventory Auditor under Operations division.

What will you do?

• Monitors Inventory Movements – maintains the stock on hand files, flags abnormal inventory levels, tracks inventory lots and expiry dates. Checks and audits inventory movements reported by internal and 3rd party warehouses
• Inventory Analysis and Reporting - drafts inventory reports that document inventory counts, discrepancies, and other statistical data. Reports inventory statistics to management
• Inventory Aging – manages and tracks expiry dates of all products, and properly flags when items are at risk of expiry
• Returns Management – tracks and lists down returns from retailers and customers. Coordinates this information with the finance and supply chain team, and recommends initiatives to dispose and liquidate returns
• Inventory Control – suggests and implements policies and processes related to accurate inventory counting, inventory control, and inventory valuation. Coordinates with other team members to resolve discrepancies between inventory and revenue.

Who are we looking for?

• Has a bachelor’s degree, preferably Accounting, Business Administration, or other related fields.
• With 1-2 working experiences in related field.
• Able to work under strict deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with SAP.
• Excellent coordination, communication skills, and project management skills
• Willing to work on-site in Tomas Morato, Quezon City.
