Qualifications

• 2+ years direct experience in project coordination or junior project management in Telco/Fintech/Banking.
• Based in Metro Manila or easily reachable.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Strong documentation and reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Multi-Project Coordination: manage schedules, milestones, priorities, risks, and stakeholder communications across multiple concurrent projects.
• Documentation & Governance: create, maintain, and manage comprehensive project artifacts with accurate formatting.
• Stakeholder Presentations & Reporting: develop polished presentations and status reports for PMO leadership and clients.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with technical, business, QA to drive timely deliverables.
• Execution & Deployment Support: assist end-to-end project implementation, release planning, deployment, and post-production support.
• Adaptability & Priority Management: balance timelines with changing business needs.
• Process Improvement: contribute to governance and cross-functional initiatives.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager to join our team in Metro Manila. In this dynamic role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, PMO leadership, and key clients to drive high-impact projects across the Telco, Fintech, or Banking space.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Project Coordination: Manage schedules, milestones, priorities, risks, and stakeholder communications across multiple concurrent projects.




• Documentation & Governance: Create, maintain, and manage comprehensive project artifacts—ensuring all documentation is accurate, clear, professionally formatted, and routed to the correct stakeholders.




• Stakeholder Presentations & Reporting: Develop polished presentations, status reports, and meeting materials for PMO leadership, executive management, and clients. Facilitate structured status meetings covering milestones, risks, action items, and next steps.




• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with technical, business, QA, and support teams to drive timely deliverable completion and resolve operational bottlenecks.




• Execution & Deployment Support: Support end-to-end project implementation, release planning, deployment, post-production support, and operational initiatives.




• Adaptability & Priority Management: Balance rigid delivery timelines with fluid operational priorities while adapting quickly to changing business needs.




• Process Improvement: Contribute to team governance, process optimizations, internal communications, and broader cross-functional initiatives.




• Proactive Ownership: Bring creativity, resourcefulness, and a strong sense of accountability to every project, looking beyond basic coordination to actively help the team achieve its overall objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of direct experience in project coordination or junior project management within the Telecommunications, Fintech, or Banking sectors.




• Location: Must be based within or easily reachable to Metro Manila.




• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; comfortable presenting directly to management and external clients.




• Documentation & Presentation Skills: Proven track record of creating high-quality, professional presentations and comprehensive project documentation.




• Core Skills: Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid), risk management, and task tracking across cross-functional teams (Technical, Business, QA).




• Mindset: Agile, eager to learn, collaborative, and capable of thriving under tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
