Power Mac Center is seeking a Junior Pre-Sales Support / Technical Support for Enterprise & Education to provide end-to-end technical support, deliver product demonstrations, and design solutions that drive business growth.

You will collaborate with account managers, present concepts, create docs, and stay current with technology trends. Travel for client meetings and training may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/CE/IS.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in presales, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or enterprise technology roles.
• Experience supporting enterprise and education customers.
• Proven experience in solution design, technical presentations, and stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity concepts.
• Experience with enterprise productivity solutions and collaboration platforms.
• Knowledge of system integration, hardware, software, and IT architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience in creating technical proposals and solution documentation.
• Willing to travel for client meetings, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
• Passionate about technology and continuous learning.
• Capable of working independently and leading cross-functional initiatives.

The Junior Pre- Sales Support / Technical Support (Enterprise & Education Business) is responsible for providing end-to-end technical support to the Enterprise Team, driving technical excellence, and ensuring the team remains up to date with the latest products and technologies. This role serves as a trusted advisor to customers by delivering technical consultations, solution designs, and product demonstrations that support business growth in the enterprise and education sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support and Presales

• Provide comprehensive technical support to the Enterprise Team throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in presales, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or enterprise technology roles.

• Experience supporting enterprise and education customers is highly preferred.

• Proven experience in solution design, technical presentations, and stakeholder management.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity concepts.

• Experience with enterprise productivity solutions and collaboration platforms.
