Job summary

RCBC Bankard Services Corporation is seeking a Quality Assurance and Risk Analyst to enhance control effectiveness across its operations. You will develop and execute QA methodologies, compile performance reports, and help identify process gaps with timely, accurate reporting.

You will collaborate with Acceptance Services, Sales, Collections and other units to flag errors and propose corrective actions or policy improvements, ensuring robust risk governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or information systems.
• Credit- Operations/ Underwriting-related and Operational Risk/ Audit work experience is preferred
• Background/experience working in a Bank under Retail Lending is an advantage

• Responsible for the creation and execution of quality assurance methodologies to ensure timely and accurate identification, assessment, measurement and reporting of process and product gaps.
• Prepares weekly, monthly and annual reports on Quality Assurance Check results to properly identify risk indicators within process and product quality assurance reviews.
• Works with Acceptance Services Division (ASD), Sales (LBD/CPD), Collections (CRD) among others, in identifying common and trending errors, and to recommend further corrective actions or process or policy improvements.
• Acts as the Division’s BIO representative. Prepares, coordinates and submits key risk reports of the Credit Risk Management Division i.e. RCSA, Loss Events/OLER, ISRA, ISAC, BIA, BCP, Risk Dashboard, Credit Card/PL Risk Profile, etc.
