Job description

As a Corporate Lawyer at BB Wave Inc. you will play a crucial role in providing strategic and high-quality legal services to support the company's operations and growth. This full-time position is based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including agreements with suppliers, partners, and customers
• Advising on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters to ensure the company operates within legal and ethical standards
• Supporting mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives by providing legal guidance and documentation
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks
• Staying up-to-date with the latest legal developments in the industry and advising the business accordingly

Job Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 3+ years of post-qualification experience, ideally gained within a leading law firm or with experience in iGaming industry.
• Thorough understanding of Corporate and commercial law, Specialize in Labor law, IPO, Criminal and Civil Law with expertise in areas such as contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and PAGCOR compliance
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to provide pragmatic, business-focused legal advice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team environment
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English
