Qualifications

• Must be in good standing with the Philippine Bar.

• Able to review contracts, conduct corporate housekeeping and draft pleadings and advisory opinions.

JUNIOR ASSOCIATES

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the Partners and Senior Associates in conducting legal and factual research on assigned cases;
• Draft pleadings, contracts and other legal documents;
• Interview and prepare witnesses for court proceedings;
• Litigate in court, present witnesses and negotiate with opposing counsels;

• Accomplish office forms and administrative requirements in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Member of good standing of the Philippine Bar;
• Graduate of any of the top Law Schools in the Philippines, preferably with background in commercial law and tax practice;
• Excellent communication, research and analytical skills;
• Results oriented and can work with tight deadlines;
• Can actively work on the resolution of a legal issue/s with the engagement team;
• Organized and can pay close attention to details when reading legal documents;
• Able to work under minimal supervision; and
• Able to review contracts, conduct corporate housekeeping and draft pleadings and advisory opinions.
