As a Junior Associate Lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in providing legal services to our diverse client base, contributing to the growth and success of our firm.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting senior lawyers in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Conducting legal research and analysis to support client matters
• Attending client meetings and participating in negotiations
• Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations
• Contributing to the development of client relationships and business development initiatives
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional legal services

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Law and a valid license to practice law in the Philippines
• 1-3 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, preferably in a law firm or in-house legal department
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
• Familiarity with legal research tools and ability to stay updated on legal developments
• Demonstrated commitment to client service and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
