FinCom Technologies is a fast-growing startup that builds modern commerce platforms combining shopping with financial intelligence. We are looking for a Junior Key Account Associate to help manage and grow relationships with merchant partners on our e-commerce platform.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are confident communicators and enjoy interacting with clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure merchants receive excellent support while helping drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Communications, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup.
• Experience through internships, student organizations, customer service, sales, or e-commerce projects is an advantage but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new merchant partners onto the platform.
• Build and maintain relationships with assigned accounts through regular communication and account management.
• Be primary contact for merchant inquiries and provide timely, professional support.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations to introduce platform features, campaigns, and business opportunities.
• Assist in preparing and delivering account reviews, performance updates, and business recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Product, and Finance) to ensure successful execution of campaigns and merchant requests.
• Monitor merchant performance, identify growth opportunities, and recommend strategies to improve engagement and sales.
• Proactively follow up with merchants to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership.
• Escalate operational issues when necessary and track them through resolution.
• Stay up to date with platform features, industry trends, and e-commerce best practices.
• Perform other duties that support the growth of the business and merchant success.
