FINCOM TECHNOLOGIES INC. in the Philippines is seeking a Junior Key Account Associate to help manage and grow relationships with merchant partners on our e-commerce platform.

This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates who communicate well, enjoy client interactions, and can present ideas and solutions to individuals or small groups. You will collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Product, and Finance to support merchant success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Communications, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients and presenting ideas to individuals or small groups.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support the onboarding of new merchant partners onto the platform.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned merchant accounts through regular communication and account management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for merchant inquiries and provide timely, professional support.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations to introduce platform features, campaigns, and business opportunities.
• Assist in preparing and delivering account reviews, performance updates and business recommendations.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Product and Finance to ensure successful execution of campaigns and merchant requests.
• Monitor merchant performance, identify growth opportunities and recommend strategies to improve engagement and sales.
• Proactively follow up with merchants to ensure satisfaction, retention and long-term partnership.
• Escalate operational issues when necessary and track them through resolution.
• Stay up to date with platform features and ecommerce best practices.
