Job summary

Intrepid Asia is a leading Ecommerce and Digital Solutions provider in Southeast Asia. We are expanding and seek a Junior Key Account Manager to support SME accounts and drive online sales for client brands across the region.

You will coordinate with Content, Customer Service and Fulfillment, manage listings and pricing, assist with promotions, inventory management, and cross-functional projects in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• University degree
• Good command of English (reading/writing/speaking/listening)
• Strong problem-solving skills, willingness to learn and drive to optimize
• Excellent analytical skills; proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
• Able to interact with broad set of business stakeholders and present persuasively
• Tenacious; develop ideas independently in a fast-paced startup
• Previous Ecommerce experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the execution of promotion plans and campaign coordination.
• Responsible for product listings and pricing submission.
• Managing inventory efficiently to avoid stock-out.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams (KAM, Content, Customer Service)
• Other ad-hoc projects related to online sales.
