Job summary

5 ELK is seeking a motivated Junior IT Associate to join our IT team and keep our systems running smoothly. This office-based role operates on a midshift: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with weekends off.

You’ll handle first-line IT support for our internal team and clients, troubleshoot issues, and help keep networks and assets well-documented. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of IT support experience, a proactive attitude, and great teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years IT support experience in a business setting.
• Tech-savvy with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support, resolving hardware and software issues for the team.
• Monitor systems and help maintain networks, servers, and other IT infrastructure.
• Set up and manage user accounts, access, and permissions securely.
• Install, configure, and update hardware and software to keep everything running smoothly.
• Keep IT records and asset inventories accurate and up to date.
• Support IT projects through research, testing, and documentation.
• Work closely with IT teammates and communicate clearly with end-users.

About the role

We're on the hunt for a motivated, detail-loving Junior IT Associate to join our tribe. If you've had some hands-on experience in IT or business support and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves, you'll fit right in.

You'll work as part of our IT team to keep systems running seamlessly, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide support to both our internal team members and clients
