Cloud Console is seeking a Junior IT Support Engineer to assist end-users, monitor client environments, and support IT infrastructure with a focus on 24/7 operations.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, client communication, and collaboration with senior staff to resolve issues and meet project deadlines. A foundational IT background and reliable internet connection are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• Proficiency in technical tasks and client support.
• Certifications are a plus but not required.
• Basic understanding of server and network administration.
• Strong communication with clients.
• Experience supporting small to mid-sized businesses is advantageous.
• Familiarity with structured cabling is a bonus.
• Reliable internet connection (minimum speed: 10Mbps).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
