Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in Quezon City is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to launch a career in sales within the ICT industry. The role focuses on lead generation, client interaction, and learning across the company’s IT solutions.

You will collaborate with marketing and BD teams, handle inquiries, qualify leads, and work toward achieving weekly and monthly targets while building valuable client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
• Fresh graduate to 1 year of experience in sales support, telemarketing, or related roles (preferably with exposure to IT solutions).
• Basic familiarity with IT solutions and their business applications (training will be provided).
• Interest in learning different aspects of marketing and sales strategies.
• Strong research and analytical skills with eagerness to grow in a sales-oriented career.
• Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Building a sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing, and other lead-generation activities (Outbound Sales).
• Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships (Inbound Sales).
• Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.
• Understand the company’s portfolio of solution offerings, enough to sufficiently pitch and/or present the company’s solution offerings through various channel.
• Stay updated with the company’s portfolio development and improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create account penetration strategies and materials.
• Initiate client acquisition cycle and hand over qualified leads to the business development managers with the objective of closing the sale.
• Maintaining and updating the lead generation database, keeping accurate records of client profiles.
• Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.
