Job summary

Federal Pioneer Development Corp. is seeking a Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer to oversee facility maintenance and preventive programs across buildings and facilities in Mandaluyong and nearby areas. The role includes reporting, documentation, and coordinating resources to meet property objectives.

The candidate will develop and implement standards for safety, security, utilities usage, and fit-out guidelines, while ensuring compliance with house rules for tenants and occupants.

Qualifications

• Licensed professional engineer required.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
• Willing to report to Mandaluyong or QC/Valenzuela area.

Responsibilities

• Help ensure buildings and facilities are maintained in good operating condition.
• Assist in developing preventive maintenance for fire, life safety, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Help develop standards for security, traffic, garbage collection and utilities usage.
• Provide technical support for engineering and administrative documentation.
• Assist with allocating resources to meet property objectives.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports for Tech. Com. meetings at Head Office.
• Support Fit-out guidelines and measurement of leasable spaces and unit condition.
• Ensure tenants and occupants comply with house rules.

Job description

Role:

• Help ensure buildings and facilities are maintained in good operating condition suitable to the needs of their intended occupants.
• Help develop and implement preventive maintenance for fire and life safety, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, including interior and exterior areas of the building.
• Help develop and implement standards for security services, traffic circulation, garbage collection, and utilities usage.
• Help Providing technical support for engineering and administrative documentation.
• Assisting with allocating resources (personnel, equipment, materials) to meet property objectives.
• Preparing and submitting monthly reports, ensuring proper documentation of the property and present them every Tech. Com. Meeting at Head office.
• Help implement Fit-out Guidelines, including standards for measuring leasable spaces and deliverable condition of units.
• Help Ensure the adherence of tenants, their customers, and other occupants of the building with the House Rules of the commercial facilities and their premises

Requirement:

1. Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
2. At least 3 years work experience in handling similar role
3. Willing to report in Mandaluyong or Quezon City/ Valenzuela area.
