Job summary

Ayala Property Management Corporation (APMC) is seeking aRegistered / Licensed Mechanical Engineer to oversee maintenance and technical operations in our commercial facilities in Makati. The role requires strong experience in mechanical systems, budgeting for repairs, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with the General Manager, Property Manager, and Engineering Manager to address technical issues and drive efficient facility operations.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Familiar with property/real estate or commercial facilities is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and maintenance practices.
• Willingness to work in Makati, with possible travel within the listed locations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment and common areas to ensure they are in good running condition.
• Prepares the budget for repairs and maintenance.
• Ensures compliance with all government requirements.
• Assists the General Manager, Property Manager and Engineering Manager in all technical aspects of the building.
• Do other tasks necessary for the technical aspect of the work.

• Prepares the budget for repairs and maintenance
• Ensures compliance with all government requirements
• Assists the General Manager, Property Manager and Engineering Manager in all technical aspects of the building
• Do other tasks necessary for the technical aspect of the work

Qualifications:

• Must be a Registered / Licensed Mechanical Engineer
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field
• Preferably 2 years experienced employees specializing in Property / Real Estate / Commercial Facility or equivalent
• Will work in a commercial / office facility
• Possible locations: Makati, BGC, Quezon City, Nuvali
• Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday 8 AM - 5PM
