Qualifications

Job description

• Oversee the technical maintenance and upkeep of the property and its facilities and equipment
• Establish and implement maintenance strategies and protocols to ensure that all facilities and equipment are fully-operational and are well-kept
• Ensure the upkeep of the aesthetics and functionality of the property and its amenities and facilities by regularly inspecting the façade and structure
• Attend to unit concerns and provide recommendations in resolving unit issues
• Recommend programs, strategies, and protocols that will improve the functionality and maintenance of the equipment on site
• Ensure that the property is safe from technical hazards and dangers and is secured at all times
• Achieve excellent customer experience by ensuring that the technical services of the property management office are delivered timely (within SLA) and with quality
• Successful candidate will be assigned at one of AYALA Properties in Makati

• Graduate of Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or other related courses
• 2 years experience including handling MEPFS or construction experience
• 1 year experience in PropertyManagement.
• Licensed Engineer
